Running Cisco Unified CM version 6. Starting yesterday when a call is answered a tone is heard when the called party picks up. This happens on internal and external calls. This also happens when Unity picks up. This is the same tone you would hear when a second call in coming in on your line.
This was not happening Friday, but started Monday. As far as I know, no changes have been made but we all know how that goes.
A new ipcc, quality maanger and workforce manager servers were installed.
Any help troubleshooting this?
