Licensing checkin failed

Hi can anyone help

Due to an error on my part, when I added around 100 users I accidently left the “enable mobility” feature checked on the user template under BAT. This failed after around 60 users due to a license violation. Since then I am unable to change or delete these users. I am getting Licensing checkin failed (checkin count is greater than checked out count). I have tried rebooting the callmanager and restarting the callmanger service, this has not resolved my issue.

I am running Callmanager business Edition - System version: 7.1.2.31900-1

Can anyone help, going live this weekend !!!!!!!
