User started getting the following message when playing voicemail in Outlook.
"The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead. The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator."
Is there another fix other than re-creating the users Windows profile?

Try deleting the following folder:
c:\documents and settings\
It will be recreated after restarting Outlook and opening a voicemail message.
Hope this helps.

Brandon, when I tried your suggestion, I discovered that the user's current profile is different from her login (he name changed due to marriage). So looks like her profile needs to be re-created to match her login.
That should fix the problem. But will save this for future viewmail issues.
Thanks guys!
