Can you send us the configuration and capture the ISDN debugs?

To capture isdn debugs, go to "Troubleshoot > Voice Diagnostics > Voice Debug Log..." and check the box for ISDN, click on "Apply Debug" and follow the instructions for capturing the debugs.
Thanks,
Saurabh

Can you let me know what number was called and what number placed the call?
Can you also verify that you placed an inbound and an outbound call during the time of the traces?

During the trace, I have made first an outgoing call (from xxxxxxxx to xxxxxxxx), and then the incoming call (from xxxxxxx to xxxxxxxx).
Normally xxxxxx is transleted to the ip phone 340.

hello all,
I see again there are a mistake on ACD i don't no if is can play on my config to receive call ?

Until I'm reading the debugs incorrectly, I don't see any incoming calls. The debugs show only the outgoing call. I don't think the provider is sending the call in. Can you capture another debug, this time only for incoming call?
Thanks,
Saurabh

In the config below, you have changed your caller-id as well
voice translation-rule 1111
rule 1 /293/ /9540/
rule 15 /.*/ /298/
!
Make the following changes:
voice translation-rule 1111
rule 1 /293/ /0155389540/
rule 15 /.*/ /298/
!
Thanks,
Saurabh

When, I change the configuration :
voice translation-rule 9
rule 1 /xxxxx/ /293/
!
voice translation-rule 1111
rule 1 /293/ /xxxxxx/
rule 15 /.*/ /298/
!
voice translation-rule 1112
rule 1 /^0/ //
I can receive call but I can't call outside.
And if I change too the number in :
voice translation-rule 9
rule 1 /xxxxxxxx/ /293/
!
voice translation-rule 1111
rule 1 /293/ /xxxxxx/
rule 15 /.*/ /298/
!
voice translation-rule 1112
rule 1 /^0/ //
I can't call outside and can't receive call. It's my initial problem.
I think, it's not a translation problem but a number format problem.
Thanks

Alright, let's fix one thing at a time. Can you get calls working in both directions with the configuratoin below? I understand that with this, the person who receives the call gets your caller-id as 9540.
voice translation-rule 9
rule 1 /9540/ /293/
!
voice translation-rule 1111
rule 1 /293/ /9540/
rule 15 /.*/ /298/
!
If the above works, let's find from your ISDN provider the ISDN PLAN/TYPE that he is expecting for outgoing calls.
Thanks,
Saurabh
