Please refer to the below config:

I am trying to reach vlan3. Can't at the moment. Is the below config valid?

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 172.24.17.241 1

!************************* INTERFACE *************************

interface e2

description "DMZ"

interface e3

bridge vlan 3

description "Internal"

interface Ethernet-Mgmt

description "Management"

!************************** CIRCUIT **************************

circuit VLAN1

ip address 172.24.17.103 255.255.255.0

circuit VLAN3

ip address 172.19.112.5 255.255.248.0

yes this is correct.

Do a 'show phy' to see the status of the physical interfaces.

Make sure e3 is up.

Do a 'sho arp' to see if you have any arp entries on e3.

Try to ping a device one e3 from the css.

Finally, make sure the device on e3 uses the CSS as the default gateway.
