WHat is the difference of both the errors in 3rd Party ( Open view Server)

snmpwalk: No response arrived before timeout.

# snmpwalk 10.194.209.252 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.7.101

no MIB objects contained under subtree.

"No response" could be due to a variety of reasons: 1) Wrong SNMP credentials sent by the SNMP client (HPOV in this case). 2) Restrictions (e.g. ACL) on SNMP traffic anywhere along the way from the SNMP host itself to the last hop in front of HPOV. 3) SNMP host is really down.

"[No] MIB objects contained..." usually means that particular MIB is not supported by that particular SNMP host. There might be other reasons, but I can't think of any right now.
