Hi, on a Blackberry, you can store a number against a name that has, for example, +441234567890x11223344#
This dials the telephone number +441234567890 and waits for a voice before entering 11223344# for you - this allows someone to dial a conference number, and enter the passcode all in one transaction (never a mistype etc).
I'm trying to do this on a Cisco IP Phone 7965, can anyone advise if it is possible, or any success they have had in doing this?
Thanks
Richard

CUCM cannot insert pauses when dialing, X is considered a wildcard meaning any digit between 0 and 9

It is not natively possible to insert pauses or wait for voice with speed-dials in cisco phones.
If your CM administrator is interested in acquiring a TCL/IVR script that allows that, have he contact me at the address present in my profile.
