Hello, I have a doubt about to register CME with a gatekeeper.
Do I need a separate gateway for that?.
Can I register the CME like a normal voice gateway using the h323-gateway voip commands?.

These can coexist - you would just need a gatekeeper license.

Yes, you can register CME to a GK as any other GW and no license is required for that.
