Listening to Recorded calls - problem

We have just successfully upgraded from IPCC 4.04 to UCCX 7.0(1). When Supervisors are listening to recorded calls and try to fast forward the recording, the recording is paused which is fine, but when they hit play again, they hear both the beginning of the call and the spot where they fast forwarded to at the same time.

Has anyone seen this before. I have no idea where to start troubleshooting this. Thanks!
