SPA-841 S.O.S Phone in Receovery mode

Hi,

We are using SPA-841 model SIPURA phones in our office. Today I have seen in our office that, one of the IP phone was showing S.O.S Phone in Receovery mode. Actually we didn't done any firmware updations as per well knowledge. Our current software version in other phone shows 3.1.4(a). We would like to fix that phone work back to normal.

Can you please anyone help me...

WOW! I've never seen a SPA-841. I'm impressed that one is still in use. :-)

I'm checking with some colleagues to see if they've a recovery utility available.
