ICM 7.2.3 - ID Entered not found

After changing a working agent ID in ICM from 57019 to 67504, user got error, "The ID you entered was not found". We deleted agent from ICM but agent still shows in Desktop Admin even after 30 min wait.

I have this problem too.

The CAD LDAP synchronizes with the ICM database every 10 mins. You should not have to wait 30 mins. Can you check the logs of the sync service to ensure it is synchronizing.

Can you try a Manual Sync from the Desktop Admin (I don't like to do this when a lot of agents are logged in, so maybe towards the end of the day).

Check the Cisco CAD Service Information document for your version. It has a section on troubleshooting sync services.
