Autoattendant Problem

I have a UC500 configured with two auto-attendants, each of which responds with appropriate wording to a different incoming number, but both of which direct the same prompt numbers to the same extensions.  Periodically, and unpredictably, callers on the second incoming number will attempt to press a key for an extension and get no response (i.e., dead air), requiring them to call back and try again, or try another extension.  Is there any potential configuration issue with this setup which might cause this behavior?

Looks like an intermittent DTMF issue. You might want to open a TAC Service Request.
