Device Center device appears Null

Hi All,

I have encountered a problem on Device Center wherein some of my devices appeared as Null on the Summary page, but the Tools, Reports, and Management Tasks columns are still there. Not all devices encountered this error.

Is this just a process error or a problem communicating with the device? We have rebooted the server but same results were seen.

Appreciate your feedback on this.

Do you have HUM installed on this server, and has the HUM evaluation license run out? If so, uninstall HUM (or install a valid license), and this problem will go away.

Thanks for your response. We'll try to uninstall HUM.

By the way, how can we obtain a license for HUM? Is it a different license from from the LMS 3.1 bundle?

You would need to contact your sales team (or whomever you purchased LMS from). HUM requires its own license.
