Timer from video archives

Hello I need to know why my record video withtin video archieve is different to time of the one video record displays.

I have the image attached.

What must I do to achieve that timer of the video archive and timer of display video be the same ones.

anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Santiago

If I decipher your question correctly, you are having problems with time being inconsistent across archived and live video. One of the challenges in deploying IP Cameras is to have the same time/date synch'd across the Physical Security infrastructure. I would highly recommend that you use an NTP server on your LAN and make sure all cameras and Media/VSOM servers are using the same NTP Server source.

Go to your server which runs the vsom and change the time at the console. This is where the time is imported from.
