Cisco IP Phone 7975 DND Issue

Unanswered Question

Hello,

Last week our DND function on our IP Phones stopped working. For some reason the softkey doesn't work. When I press it, nothing happens. There are 2 phones stuck in dnd mode and I can't seem to get them off dnd.

Anyone got an idea how to fix this? I've been looking all over cisco.com and the Internet, but I can't find anything about solving this issue.

Thanks in advance.

ps: If you need more information about the config I have, just ask me.

I've been looking around on the forum and I came across a topic saying the DND softkey stops working after CME 4.1 ,in cewilliams's topic. He did post a solution, but I haven't tried it yet. I wanna be certain I won't mess up my current config.

The following command; show ephone ,shows a whole list of ephones. I started comparing all of them and found this:

ephone-18 Mac:xxxx.xxxx.xxxx TCP socket:[23] activeLine:0 REGISTERED in SCCP ver 12 and Server in ver 8

mediaActive:0 offhook:0 ringing:0 reset:0 reset_sent:0 paging 0 debug:0 caps:9

IP:x.x.x.x 50998 7975 keepalive 2598 max_line 8 DnD HuntGroupLogout

button 1: dn 18 number 1017 CH1 IDLE CH2 IDLE shared huntGroupLogout

button 2: dn 14 number 1013 CH1 IDLE CH2 IDLE silent-ring shared

button 3: dn 15 number 1014 CH1 IDLE CH2 IDLE silent-ring shared

button 4: dn 16 number 1015 CH1 IDLE CH2 IDLE silent-ring shared

button 5: dn 17 number 1016 CH1 IDLE CH2 IDLE silent-ring shared huntGroupLogout

What does "huntGroupLogout" & "DnD huntGroupLougout" really mean?

Also the show telephony-service displays:

"hunt-group logout DND"

cewilliams's topic says to add

"hunt-group logout Hlog"
