You're routing on the 4108gl? If not, 3750 might not be the best option.
A 3750 stack of two 3750V2-48TSs and a 3750G-24TS-1U might meet your requirement. This would provide 96 10/100 ports, 24 10/100/1000 ports and 12 SFP ports.

These need to be routing capable? If so, more or less match your required port density and port bandwidths. 3560 list can be seen here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps5528/prod_models_comparison.html
If routing not needed, you might choose from: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps5528/prod_models_comparison.html

The question I am interested in is do you want a Layer 2 or a Layer 3 switch?
The only Layer 2/3 stackable switch is the 3750 while for Layer 2 alone the 2755 is a candidate.
Cisco Catalyst 2975 Switch with LAN Base Software

One of the key features:
48 10/100/1000 PoE ports and 4 Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) uplinks
High-speed stacking for up to nine switches and support for cross-stack EtherChannel
Unified stack management to simplify management of the network access layer
Hope this helps.
