Call Pickup Group

Hi Guys,

We have four 3rd party SIP intercom devices when you push the button on them they call one of 4 Cisco 7940 SCCP phones. The 7940 phones are in there own hunt group. The problem we have is when one of the SIP devices call any of the Cisco 7940 and we try and press the pickup button on one of the other Cisco 7940 it cannot pickup the call even though all the Cisco 7940 are in the same pickup group.

When we try the call pickup from Cisco phone to Cisco phone it works fine its only when the call originates from any of the 3rd party SIP devices. Can someone please tell me if it has something do to with the SIP devices? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
