Play a prompt before an outgoing call

Hi All,

Is it possible to configure, when a caller makes an outgoing call, he will hear a prompt that "Your call will be recorded" and then he will be route through the dialed number?

Is there any way to do with CUCM along with any other application?



I have this problem too.

With the help of Auto attend IVR (Interactive Voice Response) it can possible to play prompt.

Easiest way I can think of...

Designate a number for the operator to dial and map it to a simple ICM script. All the script needs to have is, assuming you are using IVR, play a simple non-interruptible/no barge in IVR prompt, after this a goto script node and send it to the correct ICM routing script.
