Dear all,

we have purchased new server, with 7.0 version and we have back up for call manager 6.0 so we had to reinstall with 6.0 and restore to 7.0. we got all the software and phone licences for 6.0 and we are uploading the same on the call manager 6.0 and after that we are upgrading to 7.0.and we dont have an upgradaation license but we have a software license for 7.0 which has been generated.

So i have installed the call manager 6.0 by removing 7.0. I successfully loaded the patch from the dvd provided by cisco. and after that when i try to login into the call manage it says database communication error. The only thing i can do i can login into the os administration. Apart from that i cannot login into anything. i think the cisco db is not working so i have restarted twice the server. but still any. Any suggestions please.

I have this problem too.
