We are facing the issue with MWI in Cisco Unity Version 5.0(1) version.
we facing these issues after upgraded to the CCM 5.1 version to CCM 6.1 version.
We have Unity version 5.0(1)
Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP 2
The issues are
1.If we are sending new Voice mail, MWI turning ON and working fine .If Inbox have existing voice mail MWI never Turning ON.
2.Suppose if we sent one new messages to unity user (eg:user have empty INBOX) ,MWI turned ON and we logged out the phone without reading the voice mail.
Once we logged in , MWI never Turning ON.
we tried to manually dial the MWI ON/OFF number, MWI is working fine. In Unity server MWI status showing ON for those subscribers,but in Phone MWI status is OFF.
If we refresh the status in Unity ,MWI Will turn ON.
3.If we have more unread voice mails, MWI not turning ON at all.
Please let me know if you are facing these type of issues and your valuable suggestion to resolve these MWI related issues.
