Telnet source Loopback interface

Hi, I have two routers, R1 (S0/0-192.168.1.1 & Loopback-1.1.1.1) & R2 (s0/0-192.168.1.100 & Loopback-2.2.2.2). Now If I telnet R1 loopback 1.1.1.1 from R2, I am unable to do it. But if I use Loopback keywords as telnet source on R2, then I am able to telnet on R1 ( Command- R2#telnet 1.1.1.1 /source loopback0.) Please help why it is happening.

You have issues with routes or access-lists.

Can you attach both show run outputs and I will tell you what is missing

Ok, I will check acl on vty. One thing more, same problem is when I ping the device. There is no acl on the interface, but I am able to ping only when source is loopback.

You have a routing issue most likely.

Can you attach your configs?
