Post the NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log. Make sure the Task Scheduler service is running on the server.

You're getting an access denied error trying to execute cmd.exe. Make sure the casusers group has Read & Execute permissions on C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe.

It's clear from this screenshot that the casusers group has no access to cmd.exe. Add the casusers group to the list of allowed groups, and grant it Read & Execute privilege.

Click the Add button, and add ART-LMS-01\casusers. Then check the Read & Execute box.

we have add casuser in admingroup and give full admin rights, but we are facing issue to get schedule backup in LMS 2.6 and geeting error
"error in creating the backup directory c:/Program~x/cscopx/backup/. Please give permission for casuser to create the above directory"
