Are there any programs or tools i can use to easily backup the IOS, running-configs, whatever, on my switches or routers. I'm tired of manually doing them.

Yes, there are, but the inevitable frontmost question is what's the size of the budget set aside to help relieve your "tired"-ness =D
One option is CiscoWorks LMS (LAN Management Solution):

Here's a wallet-friendly tool, but it probably would not help the "tired"-ness in the "getting it up and running" phase:

You have a bunch of options. I wrote a script for SecureCRT that will do it. You can also use PERL (I've never done it though). You can also use commercial products like Kiwi or Network Configuration Manager (great product) both from Solarwinds. There are also open-source options. Search sourceforge for Cisco and you should get a good listing.
