CSD - "n/a" in place of statistics

I installed CSD on two differents desktops.

For both, When i clic on "Voice" CSQ Team summary i can see logged in agent for different CSQ but when i clic on the CSQ itself all statistics display "n/a"


Any idea?

check that you opened all needed ports on agents and supervisors computers


use port utilization guide
