I have been using CISCO equipment for years and now i ran into a irritating problem while using hyperterminal to configure a ASA5510...

Control z does not work..what am i missing?

I just tried Cisco 881 and ASA5510 using both hyper terminal and putty (serial) and Ctrl. Z works as expected.
