DFM defaults:

Backplane utilization threshold 80 %

Memory buffer miss threshold: 10 %

Free memory threshold 15 %

Memory fragmentation threshold 5 %

Memory buffer utilization threshold 90 %

Processor utilization threshold 90 %

You can check the default settings for thresholds

DFM > Configuration > Polling and Thresholds > Managing Thresholds

There you can choose from the default groups, and look for the group where you got the HighQueueDropRate from, if its for example and 10-100 Mbit eth interface, than you should go to Interface Groups, 10MB-100MB Ethernet group, and click EDIT.
