EM Authentication Error after removing LDAP sync

Hey Guy,

I have removed the LDAP sync from my CUCM6.1.3 following these steps:

1 - Stopped Cisco Dir Sync

2 - Disabled LDAP Authentication

3 - Disabled LDAP Sync

4 - Removed LDAP Directory information

Since then, I can't log in Extension Mobilty anymore. I get the error [201]-Authentication error.

If I create an user manually, and associate it to a profile, I get the same authentication error. I have already tried to change PIN and so on, and it's the same.

Have anyone already had this problem before?

Can you login to the CCMUser Page with this particular user just to make sure that part is working?

Then have you associated the Device Profile to the newly created user?

Make sure you dont have have the "change PIN" option ebabled on the user as well.

Thank you, this problem was resolved by TAC yesterday. Btw, users were unable to login ccmuser as well.

It was not any configuration issue, because TAC had to put into webex session some guys from BU (Development Team), and they ran some SQL commands, and things that I had never seen before. It seens that it was a bug.

If anyone have this problem, do not hesitate to open a TAC. Do not spend your time with debugs, RTMT as we did.
