MAC Unified Personal Communicator Voice Issue

Hi there,

I've installeed the Mac version of Unified Personal Communicator for a customer. The "Presence" and "Chat" part works fine but the "Softphone" doesn't work. If I call an IP Phone; it rings and when I pick up the phone there is no voice (both-way). There is no issue with the Windows version of Unified Personal Communicator on the same machine (Mac Pro with double boot option).

I hope someone can help me how to solve this issue.

If you're running Mac OS 10.6, this is a known issue of CUPC. Open a TAC case to get a fix.

Hi Michael,

I have the same problem with several 10.6 users.

We are running CUPS 7.0.5.10000-18 and CUPC 7.0.2.

Is the fix on server or client side?
