Dear Friends,
I'm facing an issue, when I dial the DID of the call centre and trying to insert # as input (as menu ask to insert # to repeat the menu) I got message (which uploaded in case of customer time out without input) telling plz insert choice, which means that the system not accepting # as button, however all the digits is working fine including *
Any idea? appreciate your support as usual

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
As I'm using R2 not ISDN PRI
So you recommend to use this instead
