I am experiencing an issue with outgoing calls on mobile phones.
The Cause for Call Termination is 101 (The message is not compatible with the call state).
I have a Cisco Call Manager 4.1 that communicates via MGCP with a ISR 2851 gateway with c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-8 IOS.
The Telco is an Italian provider.
Usually is this a Call Manager misconfiguration of some parameters or a Telco problem?
Anyone helps me to find the solution at this problem?
