Adding controllers to WCS

Gents

I 2 WISMs and 2 4402 controllers. the WiSM are the foreign controllers and the 4402 are my anchor controllers. I am trying to add them to the WCS for management purposes. however, I am not able. knowing that I have ICMP reachability between all the devices and the default SNMP communities are used on the WCS and the controllers. the WCS is saying object not found??

is there any running configuration u can provide.

Any advise pls?

Make sure the version of WCS supports the IOS version of your WLC4402's. I had this issue when I first installed a WCS platform. You may need to upgrade the WCS.

Make sure the WCS is of the same or higher version with the WLC.
