ATA186 upgrade from SCCP to H323 fail

Hi,

I need upgrade an ATA-186 from SCCP to H323.

I try manual update (after reset factory default), but IVR respond "upgrade failed".

If instead, I upgrade to other version SCCP, it's ok.

I also tried a cross-protocol upgrade, but unsuccessfully.

Anyone can help me ?

I resolved : Is not possible downgrade from 3.2.4 SCCP to 2.16 H323 !

I correctly upgrade image to 3.1.2 H323 with manual upgrade from PC.
