I take the time from a ntp server in my cme router.

2801#show ntp associations

address ref clock st when poll reach delay offset disp

When I check with the show clock I see the time correct but in some of the ip phones they are wrong, but only some of the phones. How can I solve this ?

router;

clock timezone TR 2

clock summer-time TR_SUMMER recurring last Sun Mar 1:00 last Sun Oct 1:00

telephony_service;

time-zone 22

and is there any effect with the user and network locale of the phones ?where these ip phones get the time ? Is there a way that they can take time from NTP from internet ?

thanks

Phone always take time from router, that's what the time-zone command is for.

Do create-cnf, and reload router.
