Solved: Router Choice

Hi, I need a router that can give me CCME& SRST, IOS Firewall, 2 Ethernet WAN Link, 2 Ethernet LAN. Can the following equipmenet/licence list work? the users will be around 200 to maximum 250

No, you need a 3845 for this. The 3825 support only 175 phones in CCME.

Hi Emmanuel,

Why do you wan't both CCME & SRST licenses on the same router.

At any give point of time the router can either work on CME OR SRST mode not both.

Additionally these liceneses are interchangable.

If you have CCME license and you no more want that router to act as CME instead you want to configure it as SRST, you don't have to purchase additional SRST license.
