I am trying to setup the Unified Mobile Agent feature with UCCE 7.5.
An agent can login successfully using the CTI Toolkit Agent Desktop, however when a call should be routed to him he switches to "Reserved" but his phone never rings.
This occurs in the nailed connection mode, as well as in the call-by-call mode.
I am uncertain about his Device Target parameters:
/devtype CiscoPhone /dn 2000 /ext 2000 (where 2000 is the DN of the local CTI port). Are both the dn and ext necessary ?
While browsing these boards I also read about a possible codec issue: what exactly should I be looking at ?
