Hi all,

I would like to know how to link the E1 port of a Cisco 3845 router with an ADM, which connects a private network with a public WAN: the 3845 router is used for VoIP communications and IP phones installed in the private network are currently configured with a dial-in number without prefix. What I need to perform is to connect the ADM with a 3845 by a proper cable, so as to configure dial-in numbers with prefix and to have IP phones reachable even from outside network. That said, I need to know the characteristics of the cable and the related connector (RJ-45?), considering that the ADM connector for E1 streams is coaxial (N3 connector).
