Solved: Extension Moblity Code Error

Greeting All,

Does anyone have a link to the cookbook Extension mobility Error code, i got the error 22 on one of my customer profile and it seems weird.

Hi Seifeddine,

Its right, the device phone is not enable with EM.

Error description: [22] Device Does Not Allow Extension Mobility: The device that is specified is not configured for Extension Mobility.

This could be login issues,

try to restart the Extension mobility and Tomcat service.

If this does not resolve the issue, please attach the exact error message from phone.

i Viverma thanks for your reply appreciate it , actually i solved the problem since i don`t have direct access to the CCM and i was helping the technical team i figure out with the error code that the phone is not enabled for extension moblity.
