HI,
It seems that a SNMP walk on a IPv6 enabled switch does not show IPV6-MIB related information.
What software ver supports IPV6-MIB?
The cisco Object navigator does not show any images as well :
C:\>snmpwalk -v 2c -c public 10.78.136.100 1.3.6.1.2.1.55
SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.55 = No Such Object available on this agent at this OID
What is the reason? Does any cisco IOS has ipv6Mib?

The short answer is, "no." The longer answer is, you can use the MIB Locator tool to find out what MIBs are supported in what versions of IOS. You can also search for a specific MIB. The MIB Locator can be found at http://www.cisco.com/go/mibs/ .
That said, just because the IPV6-MIB is not supported does not mean there isn't any IPv6 management in IOS. IOS supports the CISCO-IETF-IP-MIB and CISCO-IETF-IP-FORWARD-MIB which are v6-aware.

Thanks jclarke,
I checked those MIBs and it looks like they don't support what I
need. What I am looking for is the SNMP equivalent of show ipv6
neighbors which IPv6MIB supports:
TechNet_Core#show ipv6 neighbors
IPv6 Address Age Link-layer Addr State

The cInetNetToMediaTable in the CISCO-IETF-IP-MIB is giving me this information on my 7206. It matches with my show ipv6 neighbor data. I have:
IPv6 Address Age Link-layer Addr State Interface
2003:A00::2 0 0017.085a.1b16 REACH Fa0/0
And the SNMP walk of the cInetNetToMediaTable:
CISCO-IETF-IP-MIB::cInetNetToMediaPhysAddress.3.ipv6."20:03:0a:00:00:00:00:00:00:00:00:00:00:00:00:02" = STRING: 0:17:8:5a:1b:16:0:0
