Dear clarke,
trying to upgrade the Lms Version to 3.1 with license key of 3.0,
gone to the mentioned page, but i dont have contratc NO( hwere it will be)
i only have PAK (product Authorization key ) how can i process this

I don't understand what you're talking about. If you have a licensed version of LMS 3.0, then you can upgrade to LMS 3.1 without any new licenses. You won't be prompted for any license, PIN or PAK when doing the upgrade.

through which option in Lms , i can upgrade this ( in common Services?)
i do have PAK, what is the PIN then

If your LMS 3.0 is covered under a contract, then you can go to http://www.cisco.com/upgrade/
Enter your contract number.
You can then have the upgrade DVD shipped to you at no cost.
