Call Forward All On CME 7.0

I have a UC520 with CME 7.0. Some of users configure Cisco 7975 phones call forward all to another internal extension. This call forward all work when IP phone call IP phone, however it doesn't work when PSTN call to the IP phone that set call forward all?

I have another CME 4.3 also same behaviour call forward all not working for PSTN incoming call.

Does call forward all support incoming PSTN call?

I already have this transfer-pattern .T command however still doesn't work.

Do I need this command

You may need that as well - that is for SIP/H323 transfers.

Likely a plan&type issue.

Under isdn interface, configure isdn map address . plan unknown type unknown
