problem with LMS

I had installed LMS 3.1 in evaluation mode on windows server 2003 like 3 months ago during staging phase .but today i tried to access it but it couldnt open.i was able to log in to the server but i couldnt access or open the ciscoworks portal.also whenever i tried to connect to a switch port interface that interfaces automatically shuts down.

please anyone with an idea on what am supposed to do ?? coz the project is in implementation phase and we need to sign off like now.please?

If LMS is in evaluation mode, it may have expired. The eval is only good for three months. If you think you still have some time left on the eval, post screenshots illustrating your problem.
