Has anyone seen this on a Communications Manager Publisher before.

I am seeing this on a 7.1(2a) server and as yet cannot identify the problem.

Seems a disk failure, contact the TAC.

I would have thought so too, except both disks are running and appear to be healthy. I am wondering if this could be a phantom error, much like the "Defunct Drive" that gets reported from IBMRaid on occasion.
