Hi all,

I am trying to change the network speed on a 7960 however when I try to access the "network setting" menu on the phone it is grayed out. I have enable the "Settings Access" on CM, reset phone, and tried unlock using **# to no avail. I have just stepped into the support role for this network and I am unsure of the restrictions which may have been placed.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
