Call Manager 5.1 Backup and Changing Greeting

We are trying to backup the call manager 5.1 via the disaster recovery system to a SFTP Server. The process starts to create a TAR file then once it begins to transfer to the SFTP server if fails. We tried a manual SFTP via a command line and it works. All help will be very much respected.

If a user dials the wrong number, the receive a default greeting, can this greeting be changed. Thanks Robert
