Hi,
I am running a call manager express system ver 4.0.A few weeks ago i experienced some registrations failures on some phones and they reload.A factory reset solved the problem.
But since yesterday all the 7912 and 7970 are reloading failing to register.Factory reset does not work.
What should be done ?Should i upgrade the phone's firmware or the router is faulty ?

Hi Kouferidji,
Kindly check for any LAN problems, it may affect the connection to the CME
If ok
then it is good to try another firmware..

What really changed causing all devices to re register?
Do you have PC that attaches to the phone? are they OK.
Easy bet check LAN but next step is to check the router. Firmware may be but its causing on all at same time so it has to be central issue.
