NEW TO CISCO WORKS.

Hi guys,

I am new to cisco works 3.0

I installed the s/w on the server I have no of questions

1) my server constantly pings me for DCR not getting started.

2) how can I see cisco view for switches like 2960 and Firewall and routers? I can see cisco view (graphical view) of cisco 3750 switch but I cant see others.

3) In cisco LMS portal I can see anything if I click on DFM.

4) IS THERE ANY GUI GUIDE available for cisco works??

Any Help would be appreciated.

Hello,

I will answer for some questions.

You should know if the device has been supported under CiscoView, in other

terms,if the package has been updated.

You can did it that with common services/update packages .

Do you know which OID have you got for the equipement ?
