Hi Mohamed,

There is no such product as Unity Connection 5 - The Unity Connection releases jumped from 2 to 7 when the latest version was released. There is a Unity 5 product but to get decent responses you really need to specify exactly which product you have.

The best place to start is with the Word document that I mentioned in my previous post.

You should also check out the Unity audio text manager tool at the link below.

It is a tool that simplifies the creation of call handlers etc. required for Unity audiotext applications.

There is a training video that you can download that shows you how to use the tool.

In advance thanks for your assistance jamesha, Now i want just to resolve a simple problem, when i configure a callhandler, in the transfer i ask to forward the call to a phone number and doesn't work, the call is forwarded to mevo of the owner of the callhandler.
