After the upgrade from lms3.1 to 3.2, recommended by Cisco because of some bugs we ran into on lms3.1 we have several big problems:
- Every day or other day all devices are gone in RME, not in CS (see attachment).
After restarting the deamon manager the devices are visible again.
- When starting device manager it takes at least 15min. before the selected device shows up. It's just telling its opening (see attachment red arrows) but nothing happends untill 15min. later.
- User tracking doesn't seem to work at all, only historical before upgrade data is available.
At this moment not all the functionalities are tested, because of these basic problems but I can imagine that more issues may arise.
Can someone please help?
