Hello,
Users of our LAN back worries slow in using the SAP application.
By analyzing the network I did not find particulary problem: No CRC, no collision.
I want a methodology for analysis of cisco response time of an application

Why you think it's a problem with the network in first place ?

I would recomend a port monitor to wireshark for the Pc running SAP. Have the user do there work and at the same time you use IO graph and watch the BW a nd have him tell you when its runs slow. Also have the user run an extended ping to the SAP portal from DOS while this the test is going on. You you see no high latency when the user complains of it being slow you can isolate the network. Also have someone check the settings on his PC, it could be bogged down with to many apps running in the background. use "msconfig" to go thru and see whats running.
