Unity Connection System Call Handler Take Message

Hi,

We use Unity Connection 2.1.4 integrated within CUCMBE.

Our Customer wants to disable the system call handler that comes after a personal greeting.

For Example: When you get to a Voicemail with personal greeting you will here: something like this: This is my Voicemail. you can leave me a message after the beep. Then you hear the Unity System Call Handler that you can leave a message as well. Is it possible to disable this?

Hi Bernard,

I think it isn't possible to modify it in uc2

but it is doable in 7

Hi, can anybody confirm that the call handler after the personal greeting can only be disabled in UnityConnection v7?? I have the same issue as Bernhard using Unity Connection 2.1.0.9901-362.

I would appreciate any feedback!
